The payment method "by invoice" is only and exclusively available to our loyal season ticket holders.

Can I still change or cancel my order?

 
In principle, our VIP tickets are excluded from cancellation according to the terms and conditions. However, you are welcome to contact us regarding a change.
 
 

How are the tickets sent?

 
The tickets will be sent to you as a Print@Home ticket around 3-4 days before the game to the email address you used to purchase them.
